How it works

Tell Lía on WhatsApp what’s on your mind: an idea, a to-do, an appointment, a photo or a document.
Lía understands and shows a proposal
Before saving a task, reminder or appointment, Lía shows what it understood and asks: Shall I save it?
Confirm, and review anytime
Tap Confirm. Later, ask “What do I have pending?” or review everything in the portal.
Privacy you can count on
- We don’t sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
- We don’t ask for sensitive data.
- Payment providers keep your full payment details; Lía only receives references and statuses, and never stores full card numbers.
- Account separation, secret encryption, minimum permissions, audit logs, usage limits, webhook validation and encrypted backups.
- Verifiable deletion: access is revoked first and then your content is purged; encrypted backups expire on their cycle (30 days at most), and records required by law or payments are kept only as long as needed.
- Google is optional. If you connect it, Meet Lía accesses the Google account identifier (openid), the account email (email), files it creates in a “Lía” folder in your Drive (drive.file) and, only if you turn on sync, events Meet Lía creates on your primary calendar (calendar.events.owned). Details are in the privacy policy.
- You can access, correct or ask to delete your data, and file a complaint with Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

What can I send it?
Text messages, voice notes, images and documents. Lía saves ideas and notes, creates tasks, one-time or recurring reminders and appointments, and finds what you shared.
Does it save things without asking me?
Tasks, reminders and appointments are shown to you first and only saved when you tap Confirm. Ideas and notes are saved right away, and Lía tells you what it saved.
Where do I review what I saved?
In the same chat, ask “What do I have pending?”. You can also sign in to the Lía portal at bot.alquim-ia.cloud/lia.
Does Lía work in English?
Yes, in beta. Lía works best in Spanish today, so English replies are best-effort.
What do you do with my data?
